Adam Rubin of the Daily News reports that while Reyes was visibly shaken up by the car accident yesterday (with trainer Ray Ramirez) he suffered no ill effects. As for his hamstring, Reyes will take batting practice and fielding drills, but is still not ready for full running. He’s currently jogging and walking on a treadmill in a pool. No word on the timetable for his return.
Maine is going to get one more rehab start till he comes back. Maine and Perez will be at Citifield tomorrow for a bullpen session in front of Dan Warthen.
Should be interesting to see how Neive and Redding do in their next turn before Maine comes back. Last chance guys, be impressive.
